This program follows Part 1 Become a Wellbeing Ambassador.
Who is this for?
This is for those who want to actively help others to have core wellbeing and work one-to-one or in small groups, and who would like to develop their professional capacities as a wellbeing practitioner.
People who want to learn about and be inspired by the power of the human spirit and want to help reduce stress, increase wellbeing and bring out the best in people.
Become an educator of wellbeing able to shine a light and share how wellbeing works; pointing other people in your community back home.
How it Works
Format: 12 week Program - Online
Focus: Wellbeing Educators are able to deeply see and understand wellbeing as they have their own embodied understanding.
As a result they can share this with others and point them in the direction of their wellbeing. Through practise, hands-on mentoring and feedback you will learn to work with people one to one and to teach an introduction to wellbeing & resilience
Numbers: This will be in an intimate group of 8-12 people.

The twelve week program to become a certified in-house Wellbeing Educator includes:
Personal One to One intake calls
Four x Four hour Online training sessions (with a break)
Eight x One to One Mentoring sessions and feedback with a certified Wellbeing Mentor
Realise Wellbeing: The Foundations; Online learning bitesize program of six modules - available in audio and video format with Educator notes.
12 Practise sessions and learning journal
Supportive online chat space to connect with fellow learners and mentors
Certification against agreed criteria - details to be confirmed on application - see Wellbeing Practitioner - Guidelines for Practice
Delivery of an Education Session: Graduation and completion - four hours
Outcomes:
Participants will:
Develop the capacity to deepen and confidently access the source of their own wellbeing
Experience their own insight that has a transformative and sustainable impact on their wellbeing
Develop the capacity to model the way and encourage wellbeing in their community
Develop the capacity to listen for and speak from wisdom and wellbeing in a One to One and group setting
Develop the capacity to create an Insight space for others (see our Wellbeing Practitioner - Guidelines for Practice)
Develop the capacity to teach and share about wellbeing in a group setting through delivery of a short introductory module
Pre-requisites:
A prerequisite for this program is attending a Wellbeing Ambassador Program based on the inside-out understanding of wellbeing or equivalent.
You will have had practise in sharing the understanding of innate wellbeing with others informally either one to one or in a group setting for at least six months.
