Kat has a broad creative and entrepreneurial background as a Creative Director, corporate and high street business owner, designer and teacher of 20 years. Kat is now dedicated to collaborating with young people and their beautiful creative minds in order to realise their own potential, one step at a time. She has recently started a project entitled NOW IS NEW, to help 1 million struggling young people thrive.

Kat finished her BA in Graphic Design, specialising in typography in the late 1990s. She later co-owned a Shoreditch based design company, Complete Creative, where, as creative director, specialised in identity and all aspects of brand communication.

In 2006 after several short courses in metal work she found a new passion and trained in the art of metal smithing and jewellery making. It was during her Masters in Jewellery Design in 2008 where she explored her own design language employing concepts of self and jewellery as art in the ongoing art project Precious Identity. She continues to make unique pieces for individuals in her studio and workshop at home.

In parallel she has devoted much time to spiritual and self education and has found a home in the principles of innate wellbeing. Kat has worked for Innate Health, a charity in London from 2016 and saw through their transition to iheart through rebranding the organisation in late 2018. She has graduated as a facilitator after designing, developing and producing the iheart curriculum. Kat has worked with young people in Westminster University, Hasmonean Boys School, Gayhurst School, Brighton & Albion Football Academy, Southfields Academy, Queens Park Community School, Christ College School and Elmgrove school.

Kat has also been a key part of the Wisdom & Wellbeing Collective team within Harris Academy, Morden on their Young Entrepreneurs Scheme together with refining their visual communication and has also graduated as a Wisdom & Wellbeing practitioner.

Kat loves exploring the truth of experience with individuals, groups and in a variety of educational settings. She is also passionate about developing the visual language to communicate the principles of innate wellbeing to a wider audience and especially young people through her own creative projects, collaborating with fabulous partners and innovative clients.
