James is author of “its not what you think”, a book designed to help you rediscover your wellbeing and experience more of it in your life. The book talks about his own battle with anxiety and acts as a guide to help others see their way out of their own anxiety, panic and overthinking.
He trained with the wisdom and well-being Consultancy became a well-being Coach, supporting others in what we teach here. He is an Intuitive Coach and a children's mental health facilitator for My Mental Health Rocks, a charity that work in primary schools with children and their teachers to help them uncover their own resilience.
